Location: the hotel was very close to the Transmilenio, Bogota and airport. Cafe Pasteleria Toledo located 1 mi away was a nice surprise. I was offered a room with magnificent views of city. Included a personal safe, multi-channel television, and a fridge.

The location is excellent, just a short stroll away from Plaza de los Martires. We really enjoyed spending 5 days in a double room. The room had a private bathroom with all the essentials.

The hotel's personnel were friendly and helpful, providing great service from checking in to checking out. the location was convenient for getting around and the view from the restaurant was great. the rooms were spacious, with large windows letting in natural light and had comfortable beds.
Some guests had issues with noisy sport teams.

During our Thanksgiving stay, we enjoyed the stunning view from the restaurant and were impressed by the big size of our room and its amazing window feature. the staff's friendliness and helpfulness was a highlight, and they went above and beyond for us. the location was ideal, with the airport only a short taxi ride away.
Although we had a great stay overall, we did experience some downsides. the breakfast was simple and not very satisfying, and the hotel itself seemed quite old.
